Nice Cover! I can't really tell you much about it though. Looks mostly like the "Tannenwald" cover which was common in the 80's and maybe early 90's and imported by Feistel (i think?). I've never seen this version before though. The text differs and there is a strange quality to the printing. Also i think there's usually a "brand" logo in front of the mountains, which is absent here. I don't know but maybe it's an alternate import destined for the netherlands (different factory using the same design)? Maybe you could try researching US imports from around that area to see if you find a matching cover. I am not certain but i think in the 80's fireworks being identical to US variants wasn't all that uncommon in the netherlands.

  6. That's a possibility. Now that you say it the strange printing quality might be a bit suspicious. It doesn't look like there was a backcover that was torn off though and i've never seen a US backcover. To bad OP probably won't be willing to open the pack to check what's inside.

  7. I guess it is fake. I´m wondering about the info on the right side saying: "1 1/2`` 16s". I checked it with another looking similar cover and I didn´t find it there. Even when that information was printed on early cover I don´t think that they used such a bad printing quality.
You will only know what you really have when you open it and check which type of bangers are inside. If you do so, let us know;)

  8. Should be sufficient to just look really closely. That kind of print quality can only be a rough screen print. The mesh imprint of the screens must be visible when looking at it up close.

You are probably right. I'd have preffered to see a larger image but it kinda looks like a low quality print.

Those Numbers are actually on a lot older (i guess US) covers. Even some newer ones carry these. I am not sure if the numbers printed here match the size of the actual firecrackers though.

The 16s seems to denote the amount of crackers in the package (or rather 8s in case of those Bo-Peep pyro crackers)? If that's the case the label of OPs package would be from some packet crackers or similar? The paper of the pack is also somewhat strange. All those older packs use wax paper. OPs doesn't.

There actually seem to be quite a couple variations on the common Tannenwald theme though.

  11. Interestingly those Chooet Banger seem to use the same materials (package/cover) as the mysterious Tannenwald-theme Packs. Maybe they came from the same factory around the same time? The production quality seems kinda newish (like no wax paper and glossy print). I somewhat doubt those are from the 90s. Maybe mid to late 00s?

  12. I'm not sure, but i think i found such a cover on the street in Oerlinghausen around 1988. I collected covers as a child. I was already amazed at how many variations there were of this forest.

    But maybe I'm wrong.

  13. All of those packs are counterfeits.
It's really astonishing how the person who made them didn't even bother to make them look somewhat legit
Random labels, printed with a cheap inkjet printer. And the cut looks like it was made by an 8 year old child

  14. It seems that the counterfeiter had only one print template so all crackers are 1 1/2 and have 16shots:D
Anyway the crackers wraped in plastic have a china fuse.
Maybe you are curious what´s inside the package? So don´t hesitate and open a package. It could be interesting for all of us:)
